Authentication and login just got faster, easier, and more flexible for AOK users. Today, we are officially rolling out Common Access Card (CAC) authentication for AOK Web.
This enhancement is an operational necessity for many organizations and drastically reduces friction for personnel utilizing secure Department of War computers who often cannot reach personal devices or email for OTP codes. Now, you can securely log into AOK using your Military ID card from your government-issued computer, making AOK usage possible on NMCI and other secure DoW machines.
First, reach out to us to enable this feature for your organization. Once we’ve enabled this feature for your organization, users can easily enroll and begin using their CAC to login.

After enablement and enrollment, it’s as easy as clicking Sign in with CAC.

Then, insert your CAC card into the card reader when prompted when you see the screen below. That’s all there is to it.

Now logging into AOK with CAC credentials is as easy and seamless as tracking your equipment or providing critical updates to your team.
