The Adyton Operations Kit (AOK) is a suite of mobile defense products built for the warfighter, digitizing and automating operational processes. AOK generates new, real-time data about personnel, equipment, and munitions and increases readiness, operational agility, and lethality of America’s forces.
AOK turns raw information into curated, enriched data that feeds AOK’s data models, enabling consistent structure and meaning across data assets.
Users access data through web, mobile, or AI interfaces on personal or government issued devices, enabling them to view, update, and interact with operational data in real-time wherever they are, including offline and D3 environments.
As users interact with the system, they create new, immediately structured data — photos, status updates, quality, quantity, and location assessments — that enhance the value and utility of the unit’s AOK dataset for users and enterprise AI systems.
AOK operates securely on government-issued and personal phones, tablets, and PCs, raising the security posture of personal devices to parity with government-furnished technology.
Structure teams to reflect organizational hierarchy, easily adding new team members
Securely share important updates and files with a team-wide digital Bulletin Board
Use AOK applications for mission-specific work — from the garrison to the battlespace
Personnel management, accountability, and structured communications
Send structured communications with your team, such as like requests for information and announcements, that reflect the hierarchy of your organization
Send structured communications with your team, such as like requests for information and announcements, that reflect the hierarchy of your organization
AOK provides structured, real-time ground-truth data from the tactical edge, capturing information about individuals, equipment, and munitions that no other system collects natively.
AOK’s schema-first, curated data layer fuels enterprise AI models for readiness forecasting, scenario planning, and operational optimization.
AOK is engineered, built, and tested for IL5 compliance, offering a mobile-first, edge-optimized solution that prioritizes data protection, strong identity, and authorization requirements.
Users can safely and securely deploy AOK on personal and government-issued devices thanks to AOK’s robust security features, including flexible single sign-on (SSO), zero-trust context & security policies, and granular data protection down to the atomic data element level.
AOK is architected for seamless integration across a wide range of systems.
AOK’s modular backend and cross-platform frontend makes integration via modern cloud APIs to legacy defense infrastructure to SDKs simple.
The backend is organized into reusable components, each handling its own data flows, authentication, and event triggers.
With support for asynchronous processing, background sync, and secure authentication methods like OAuth2 and client certificates, integrations can run reliably in both connected and disconnected environments.
On the frontend, our tech enables a consistent user experience across devices, while supporting offline storage, background tasks, and native integrations, like ATAK or tactical radios.
Sponsored by the US Navy, any DOD branch can purchase production and deployment licenses of AOK.
AOK is sole-source eligible through The Small Business Innovation Research Phase III. SBIR data rights apply to components of Adyton’s technology through our AFWERX SBIR grants.
