Two mobilization exercises of >1600 personnel across 5 geographies were undertaken using Mustr. Personnel who engaged via Mustr were 1.5x more likely to attend muster events in person.

Mental Health
ACTIVE SHOOTER DRILL ACHIEVES 100% ACCOUNTABILITY IN MINUTES
A Navy Unit used Mustr to securely achieve 100% personnel accountability in ~30 minutes during a base-wide active shooter drill. With Mustr, the Navy Unit was able to muster the command 95% faster than the rest of the base.
The unit estimated over 8 organizational hours saved by leveraging our mobile-first accountability tool.
REMOVING BARRIERS TO MENTAL HEALTH
During holiday block leave and reserve mobilizations, three brigade-sized Army and Marine units used Mustr to:
- Increase engagement with separated personnel and drive 1.5x higher attendance atIndividual Ready Reserv mobilizations
- Identify 44 active duty soldiers who were in a mental health crisis and needed assistance. Identified 36 separated reserve Marines who needed VA and mental health support.
- During the holiday vacation, the command suffered zero suicides and zero AWOL.
